Our group is affiliated to the India Study Circle (ISC) and is dedicated to all aspects of India and States philately. Membership in the ISC is a prerequisite to joining. If you are already an ISC member, please state your full name and preferably your current ISC membership number when requesting to join the ISC Yahoo Chat group.

The ISC Yahoo Chat group is intended for members who want to discuss their research or collections, share their ideas and knowledge and give information about events that are of interest to members. Members should NOT advertise on the site. More specifically, members should not post messages offering items for sale nor should members advertise for items they may wish to buy or exchange. Do not use the ISC Chat member addresses for sending unsolicited email containing offers to buy or sell material. Please also be respectful of others research by stating your sources and not posting anyone else's research or items from their collection without their permission. We ask that members obey the rules at all time and treat each other with courtesy. The Circle is not an appropriate venue for airing grievances. Any members who act outside the remit of the group will be warned and a subsequent offense may result in being barred from the site. If unsure then please do ask the moderators their opinion before posting to the group.
