I know it comes injected, but should be adaptable to carburators.
See anything (else) that wouldn’t meet rules?

The R-1 engine is the same as the PWC Yamaha
140- 160 motor. A real nice motor BUT it had 5 valves per cylinder. The 140
motor work really work nice in a hydro. 4 into 2 into 1 exhaust wraps around
the motor. Motor also turns 10,000 rpms it has a reduction gear in the ski to
limit it to 7500. Plus it switches the rotation on the motor for the ski. As
you can tell I've had the motor out of a ski and done some work on it. Very
nice package BUt won't fit our rules as they are written.

know HP ratings on my bike is close to 170 at the rear wheel and this thing
will rev to 13 5. I agree that it would be no problem to run the motor locked
into a gear, but help me out here, if you could adjust the gearing to the prop
rather than the prop to the motor, could you make the prop selection and
performance as easy as a shift into a lower or higher gear. How much torq dose
a 1.5L need typically? Head spinning must sit down.
