Hey Alireza

I want to ask you how the file number looks like for on-line services.
Because I have received an e-mail stating my surname and a file looking like
: (one letter and 9 digits or X000000000)

They were requesting from me a police certificate from a country where i spent
few months during my studies which obviously I can not get it since 3 months
already. And I am chanceless. It is far from me and in addition a visa is
required.

I am trying to enter with the file number they addressed me on that e-mail,
but unsuccesfully.

I wanted to know whether it is a file-number or maybe just their ordering
number

Dear all,

I'm thinking of sending updates of my condition to the Quebec
office in Syria. I sent my application on September 2005 and there
was only 1 reply from them that they have received my file. But no
answer since then.

And I think it will be a good thing to send them an update of my
condition (Including Language courses and working experience).
Because I think that this will increase my points. I'll ask them too
if they want me to have an approved language tests like DELF,
IELS, ... .

So did anybody send them an update before? or do you think that
there might be a problem in doing this?

    Any answer will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Sameh
