The Illuminations Yahoo Group

We all need a supportive community. Srila Prabhupada said that 80% of our spiritual advancement comes from association. I felt it would be helpful for our spiritual advancement if we created a virtual community to support one another in our efforts to advance in devotional service.

To do this we have created a Yahoo Group. This will allow us to deepen our discussion of the topics in the newsletters and share our realizations. I think this will help us get more out of the newsletters. It will also encourage us to practice the exercises. Hearing the realizations of devotees who are in similar situations to ours is a great impetus to take further steps towards Krsna.

Devotees in the group are welcome to send their thoughts, realizations and experiences on any subject they choose, even those not covered in the newsletter - and also respond to postings. Or if you don't feel like writing, you can just read the postings. Plus, you can choose which postings you want to read.

By joining you will be part of a virtual community of wonderful devotees from around the world who are serious about advancing in Krsna consciousness.
