Description

The Indiana Council on Outdoor Lighting Education, ICOLE is a non-profit volunteer organization that seeks to improve the quality of outdoor lighting. ICOLE provides information on appropriate lighting practices based on economics, safety, environmental effects, and the level of illumination appropriate to the task. The group also actively participates in discussions regarding outdoor lighting regulation. The ICOLE-L list is a forum for ICOLE members to discuss applicable topics.
