Thanks Margaret. I started therapy about a month ago, so I have
someone to talk me through it.

Also, get this, I won $250 in credit at an online book store. All the
divorce/separation/explaining divorce to kids books I need will be
shipped right to my work at no cost to me.

One of my co-workers knows what is going on, so I have someone there
looking out for me.

What is hard now is the good days. When we are like a happy family
for 20 minutes I find it hard to think about giving that up. But at
this point, the pain of staying together is worse than the pain of
splitting up.

I'm thinking of Linda's saying "it had to get THAT bad." Each of us
has our own "THAT bad," and I reached mine.

Also, I have to remind myself when things are good, that he continues
to do his sex addict behavior EVERY DAY. I can see from his made-up
online profile when he is online, so I know he is doing this every
day, even those days when he appears to be nice and normal.

And yes, it gets harder every day for me to act normal. I'm waiting at
least until a certain family event happens before I start in on
breaking the news. In the meantime I'll keep lining up those ducks.
