Sheriff’s Office investigators are investigating the report of six (6) residential break-ins that occurred in the 9200 block of Dexter-Pinckney Rd, Dexter Township, along Portage Lake. The initial incident was reported to the Sheriff's Office and as investigators searched the area deputies discovered several other break ins had taken place during the early daytime hours Sunday, November 27th.
Sgt. Beth Gieske said the targets have been vacant houses primarily. She said there is a similar pattern of multiple vacant properties invaded in a short time to incidents from several months ago. The time of the incident(s) is unknown. No arrests have been made at the time of this posting. A list of stolen property was unavailable. No further details are available.
