Hello, My name is Robin Lannigan, I am the proprieter of a non profit group called P.E.E.R., Providing Equine Education and Rescue. We are based in South Carolina, USA. Here to provide the education needed for the proper care of equines. By teaching proper care, we can help to stop abuse and neglect. Only when the owners refuse to take proper care of their equines, will we then bring in the proper authorities.
