Sveiki! This is a Latvian social and club inspired by the Latvian Happy Hour Club of Chicago lhhc.com . For those of Latvian heritage their friends and the curious. I originally had the idea to meet other Latvians in Vancouver but there are so few I have had only one event with some wild Irish and cute blondes pretending to be horny Latvians. I also noticed a lack of Latvian member clubs online and thought to address that problem. Latviansonline had a member directory for a few months but that was disabled. So I had hoped to develop a searchable world directory with interests and key categories like whether available for local or online tutoring etc .. had tried to get this started on tripod but had to many tek problems that were always redirected 'oh no that not our problem talk to..' but had thought there were to few latvians on yahoo be of much use but here goes ... more later ty Kristaps
