HOME SWEET FARM is a small family farm located in Brenham, TX serving West Houston. We sell our fresh produce through a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program which is an annual commitment between the farm and the families we serve. This is one of the greatest ways to support a small family farm and to receive the freshest food available.

We work in every way to build the local food network within our community with our Monthly Market Day every third Sunday of the month hosted on our farm. This is a cooperative effort of local family farms dedicated to supplying righteous food to our community.

We encourage you to explore the benefits of eating naturally produced local food and invite food eaters, future and experienced farmers, backyard growers, chefs and food enthusiasts to join us in the local food revolution. It is better for our families, better for our community, better for our health, our environment, and... it's a thousand miles fresher!
