Welcome to Homeschool Friendly Support!

This is a place for families who are enrolled or thinking of enrolling in a state funded correspondence school, distance learning or any other homeschool program which is supported by the state or any other public school. Some examples of these are IDEA, Cyberlynx and K12. This will be a friendly place to discuss the pros and cons of being helped finacially by a government program or any other general issues that go along with homeschooling. If anyone is thinking of enrolling their child part time in a public school and/or taking advantage of the extra curricular activites schools have to offer, this subject will be welcomed also.

This list is originating in Alaska, but homeschoolers from any state can join.
