That is correct that the City of Atlanta controls 16th Street. It was also the City of Atlanta that changed the parking signs. They were not painted over....
Atlanta lags behind in handling the massive problem of false alarms. Just the idea that there is a fee structure for upwards of six false alarms helps...
Crap..pure and simple. If nobody collects then why raise the fine?? Or how about...the false alarms require APD time, so they need to be reimbursed.... ...
