The purpose of this group is to facilitate communication between volunteers at the
Holy Family Shelter.

All volunteers are welcome ! Please contact Vanessa directly with any questions.

IMPORTANT :
For each day that the shelter is open, there should be two message threads :

The first message subject should be FEEDBACK_<DATE>. Please post a message
here each morning with your feedback on your night. The date you use in the
subject will be the date of the morning AFTER your nightly stay.
The reason for the feedback message is to alert the volunteers for the coming
night of any problems, and also to let them know if there is extra food available.

The second message subject should be SCHEDULE_<DATE>. Please confirm by
12 NOON each day if you will be able to stay over that night, and/or prepare the food.

It is VITAL that Vanessa know by NOON if you will be able to fulfill your commitment
for that day, or if she will need to find a replacement.

You can use the CALENDAR function on the left hand side of the page to see the ROSTER
information for the coming days and weeks. Vanessa will update this as you sign up with her.

Finally, you can alter your preferences to receive either INDIVIDUAL email messages from this
group, or you can receive a daily digest. PLEASE note, however, that if you have opted for the
daily digest then the messages will come to you once per day. REMEMBER to login to this group
on the day for which you have volunteered so you can see the FEEDBACK messages.
