Western Union is awarding grants for starting businesses in African
countries including Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda. You have to
be a US citizens from the African diaspora to apply. I think of Asif Daya
and also Mark Roest's room mate. Who else do we know?
