Present day Hinduism is in urgent need of reform to deal with problems within and without. Hinduism is fast spiralling down a black hole led by the janam-varna wadis and the Shankaracharyas . The frozen orthodoxy will destroy our religion to serve their own narrow interests . There is a need for fresh perspectives to recreate an intellectual renaissance and reawaken Hindu society to its past glory. The vision and mission of the group are:

(2) To encourage individuals to speak out in favour of religious reform and provide them a platform for this purpose
(3) To lobby for the rights of Hindus and challenge stereotypes related to Hindus
(4) To work to make the Hindu traditions amenable to modern changes in order to ensure the relevance of Hinduism in today’s and tommorrow’s world
(5) To encourage Hindus across different cultures interact with each other and learn from experiences of each other
