Hey ! So whats new at HGARC ?

So many of you have contributed generously to the development of the club to what it is today that we feel we need to revamp the whole facility and to make it even better in terms of operating comforts and station features and conveniences.

We have just completed a new Back Up Power Generator Room which will house the 35Kw Diesel Gen Set. It is now located away from the main Shack which will minimise the qrn and built with engine mufflers to run quiet.

A new block of rooms adjacent to the shack is also being built to relocate the housekeeping section near Sunflower 2.The room next to the main shack previously occupied by housekeeping will now be available for a cosy lounge and our pressing need for a HGARC Library !

In case you missed it, our hgarc Main Tower was featured in the front cover of 73 Magazine ! Also eight new sign boards were kindly donated / erected by the Sabah Tourism Board visibly acknowledging the HGARC as an important destination hi!

Don K6IPV and Alfons 9M6MU recently held a small ceremony hanging the Heil Banner presented by Bob Heil to HGARC Shack at Hillview Gardens! We are also very proud to recognise and acknowledge the continuing generous support from all our valued Friends and Sponsors

Here, at the Hillview Gardens Amateur Radio Club, we bring together so much of warm interraction and sharing of this wonderful hobby with hams from all around the world! Please join us and benefit from the truly international fellowships that is always generated when hams meet and eyeball at the Club.
