The Hilltown Freecycle ™ Network is for people who want to keep good stuff out of the landfill. Whether it is a chair, a snow thrower, piano or an old door, feel free to post it. Everything posted must be free.

To make the list friendly, begin the subject of every message you post with one of: "OFFERED", "TAKEN", "WANTED", or "RECEIVED". We hope your first post will be an "Offered." For "Offered" posts, please indicate the town you are in, as in "Offered: Old Bathtub, Cummington". "Taken" messages are only to be sent by the offerer once an item has been given away. The offerer may decide to favor a charity over an individual. Please send responses ONLY to the offerer. DO NOT include your phone number or address in messages to the group. No firearms or other items for adults only. Do not send multiple "Wanted" messages within a short period of time. List multiple items in one message. Please, no off-topic messages or announcements!

The Hilltown Freecycle Network includes these towns: Ashfield, Chester, Chesterfield, Cummington, Goshen, Hawley, Huntington, Middlefield, Plainfield, and Worthington.
