All AMC members may subscribe to "hikeamc" and receive information about short notice hikes, walks and trips via email and also view them on this website. Currently, more than 1500 AMC members subscribe to hikeamc. Hikeamc is continuously updated as hikes and walks are posted by our leaders. Only leaders who are approved by the hiking or walks committee are permitted to post on hikeamc.

If you are an AMC member and would like to join this group, please click on the Join This Group button and furnish your full name and AMC Membership number.

It is also the policy of AMC to encourage new leaders. Any AMC member with knowledge of a geographic area and a willingness to lead should contact one of the committee chairs below and request approval to post a hike or walk.
