Try The Reel in Edinburgh - it is run by a dancing teacher and SOBHD affiliate.  Surely the yellow page business section of the Edinburgh phone book would carry some listings.

 

It might seems like a long way around, but TartanTown,  in Vancouver, B.C. Canada does a tremendous business for highland dancers (kilts and arisaids).  I understand a number of Scots also order from this company.
