This a Group for anybody who volunteers or is interested in volunteering with Healing Hands for Haiti Foundation, a non-profit group that goes to Haiti on a regular basis on non-religious-based Medical Missions, to help the Handicapped of Haiti. Our focus is physical rehab-based and we are looking for all kinds of volunteers, but particularly for those in the rehab arena. Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiatrists, Prosthetists, Orthotists, Nurses, Teachers, Translators, etc.

We have a guesthouse, a school (training Haitians to be care providors, prosthetists, etc.), a clinic (we see those with rehab issues year round, and send (or at least try to send with the political nature lately) 10-15 medical teams every year), apartments, Internet Access, all within the comfort of a 5 acre compound in Port-au-Prince, on Avenue John Brown. Perfect location, for a perfect visit to Haiti.
