Description

The Hemlock Ring Blanket was adapted and designed by Jared aka Brooklyntweed. It is SOOOOOOOO beautiful and this is just the time of year to knit this fabulous lap blanket. Anybody who is interested can obtain the pattern from Jared's blog: http://brooklyntweed.blogspot.com/. It is in two parts - the doily which is the inside, and the chart, which is the feather and fan outside.

I am a total novice at starting a KAL, so PLEASE experienced knitters who are knitting this blanket, PLEASE post pictures and experiences. We are going to have some major wonderful blankets this year!

I haven't read the pattern in detail yet, but I was wondering if anyone has made this blanket in a baby-sized version? Also, has anyone knit the inner doily
