Yes, I understand that the coil was installed backwards causing the problem.
Where did you get the contacts and how did you go about the repair for the
SB-1000?

I've replaced the switch contact (was it 160 m by chance?) in a SB-1000
using #0 hardware and a junk contact from another switch, without removing
the switch.
