Clarksburg's historic Waldomore was built in 1839 by Waldo Potter Goff and is the home of the Harrison County Genealogical Society. The Waldomore is one of the most famous homes in Harrison County that is still standing today. The Waldomore is part of the Clarksburg-Harrison Public Library. The Clarksburg Harrison Public Library is located at 404 W Pike Street, Clarksburg, WV. Phone number is 304-627-2236. The Waldomore was entered on the National Register several years ago.
