Who We Are

Hearts & Ears is a nonprofit organization in Baltimore, Maryland for Lesbian,Gay,Bisexual,Transgender, and questioning people with mental health issues and concerns. We warmly welcome all sexual and gender minorities with mental illness. GLBTQ mental health consumers in Maryland and surrounding states, their families and significant others are welcomed to join the consumer listserv.

Please carefully read the information below:

1. This is not a crisis service, but is offered as peer-to-peer support. If you are having a psychiatric crisis, do not waste valuable time posting to the listserv. Call 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room.
2. Hearts and Ears, Inc is not responsible for information posted by members of the listserv
3. In an attempt to limit spammers and advertisers from joining, once you submit your request to join the listserv, PLEASE ALSO SEND A SEPERATE EMAIL TO egeratylsw@aol.com and let us know who you are, and why you are interested in joining the listserv. Once this process is completed your request for listserv membership will be considered for approval.
4. As a listserv member, if you receive an email post from a member of this listserv, and you feel it has inappropriate content, is spam, or business advertising, please forward that email to egeratylsw@aol.com and, after a review of the email, if it is inappropriate, the poster will be banned permanently from the listserv.
