Many of our members trace their ancestry back to John and Alice Hand, who emigrated from County Kent, England, to the New World in 1635.

Three of the sons of John and Alice settled in Cape May County, NJ. You may also be interested in a Yahoo! Group covering the Founding Families of Cape May County from 1680 to 1750.
