We've had our 6 latest VE Session submissions, submitted on Saturday,
Monday and Tuesday, stuck in the queue Electronic Batch Filing queue until
today. I'm not sure what remedied the situation, but we sent email to
uslcomm@..., made a phone call to 1.877.480.3201 (Option 3), and filed
an Assistance Request at https://esupport.fcc.gov/onlinerequest.htm The
status moved from "New" to "Pending" - which means they're working on it,
but have more work/investigation to do. We got a reply to our email
message, showing that someone forwarded our message to several other FCC
staff.
Within minutes of the reply to our email, 2 of the 6 sessions were
processed, but 4 are still in the queue.
The support person who answered the phone told me that there was a problem
with the Electronic Batch Filing system last week. I think there's a
problem with it his week too.
