No, FTDI is the manufacturer of the USB/Serial converter chip in the AE6HO
CAT/Audio interface I'm using.

If your SignaLink also uses a USB/Serial converter chip, then you should
find out who that manufacturer is so you can get the MS Certified Drivers
for it.

CL-V level converters are a new thing for me. No matter what settings I use I can't seem to get anyone's software to acknowledge my IC-7000 through the CT-17...

I have a IC7K and a 756Pro that I've used with the ct-17 and now the Navigator. I have not been consistent with any thing faster than 4800. I have them both...

First go to the menu (see manual) and set the baud rate for 19.200. Now in HRD make sure that you have set the correct COM port and set the baud rate to agree...
