Just a reminder MFJ does carry parts for all there products even though it might not in the catalog. Give them a call (800-647-1800) and they just might be

... for a 949e tuner. ($4.00) It has a twin wire tail and a resistor on one side. I think this is what they use in their new stuff now.< I just ckd the MFJ

The incandescent lamps are called "Grain Of Wheat", not "wheat". What kills them is inrush current. As we all know, the resistance of an incandescent filament
