intended to preserve this list purpose.

1. No person may send more then three posts in any given
day to the list. If the post is part of a discussion you can only send one post per day to any thread so if you want to reply to several posts in a thread combine your answers in one post.

2. Posts cannot consist of more then 50% quotations from
previous posts.

3. There is to be no flaming on the list

As this is an international list there is little point posting an ad for a demonstration in your local town unless it has some feature you reckon is of international interest. However reports of meetings and demonstrations that have happened are welcome here.

4. 'Pro-War' posters

This is an anti-war list. However as it may be useful practise for us people who support the war may post up to two emails a week to the list arguing their point of view. These posts must follow the other parts of the protocol above and must make thought out arguments (not snide remarks).
