When it comes to sending their children to high-performing public elementary schools, Dallas parents may be surprised to learn that they have some unique options relative to their suburban
counterparts. There are two magnet montessori elementary programs within DISD that offer a warm, nurturing montessori environment and are consistently ranked among the best programs within the Metroplex.

The DISD magnet schools include programs for students in Pre-kindergarten – 12th grade. Parents must apply to these programs and admission is granted on a limited basis.
