Salutations!

On behalf of the Sdtp mod squad, I bid you all welcome! I realize
most of us know each other, however, I thought it might be nice to
introduce ourselves and to play a little game.

Did you notice the title page graphic? The one with poor Trowa
holding his head, looking about ready to call off the voices in his
brain? We recognize it from the show, but lets have a bit of fun with
it.

So. . .think up a caption for the title page graphic! It can be
anything- a bit of humour, fandom satire, perhaps a serious
commentary as to what he might be feeling or thinking. Don't feel
pressured to be funny or clever- just write whatever you think would
be appropriate or fitting for the picture. Do be sure to keep the
spirit of the group in mind.

And, of course, along with that, write a bit about yourself and
perhaps why you like Trowa, or why you were drawn to him. Like so:


My name is Briar Eve (alias Mephisto Waltz) and I'm a
writer/artist/general wanker who fancies herself a high priestess of
the shrine of Trowa. As someone who is preoccupied with philosophy
and mysticism, I was drawn to Trowa's character, because I feel his
character really embodies some of the core philosophies of the pilots
and of the show. His mysterious past, his hidden agenda, his self-
sacrificing nature and the subtle suggestion of newtype abilities all
come together to rock my fangirl world. After getting over the fact
that his head is wider than his arse, my brain decided that he's
about the sexiest thing in the Gundam world, and I like to write him
copious amounts of smut. I haven't a favourite pairing, but 4x3x1
really makes me squeal, as do 1/3, 3/4 and 3xD.


That's it- not too scary. I think even the chronic lurkers can handle
a wee introduction.

And, of course, if anyone feels like posting up their fan works,
please do so!
