other Ghazal of Dooriyaan [Zindagi mein jab tumhare gham nahin the]
He is one of the favourite shayars of Jagjeet Singh as JS Selects

Welcome to the group.....
Griha Pravesh was recently Re-released by HMV on Cassettes and CDs
[combo with Shaandaar] and should be easily available... Though it
doesn't have the yesudas version of "Logo ke gharo mein rahta hoon"
The cassete number is SPHO-821025 released in 7/99.

I work as a Software Engineer basically from Hyderabad and presently in

2. Any innovative idea or regular series... I am planning to come up
with a regular quiz, lyrics of the month and poem of the month series
along with monthly newletter [as earlier]. You are all welcome with
your ideas.
3. You can direct a message, question, wishes to Gulzar saheb himself
via this forum. It will be redirected to his mail address.

What is not acceptable
1. Discussions related to the private life of Gulzar saheb. Please
avoid any such discussions/thread....
2. Arguments: Try not to. Sometimes it's hard to tell when a
discussion verges into an argument; sometimes it's really tempting to
flame back. People will forgive an angry post or two (as long as it's
intelligent, reasonable, polite, etc.)
3. Those who have the email address of Gulzar saheb are requested not
to post it on the Group. In this group, We do not want to create
problems at Gulzar saheb's end by openly publishing his email
address. But the group members will have regular opprtunities to
interact with him for sure. I will be posting his postal address in a
seperate mail for postal interaction.
4. As Gulzarfans wants to be a forum of friends, flaming, trolling
and spamming are considered inappropriate and in bad taste/form. No
personal attacks should be made on a fellow poster (by name or
nickname or address) in your posts. If you disagree with another
person's opinion, write that person via e-mail to discuss your
personal differences and DO NOT post your disputes/arguments/flames.
You are free to post your own opinion as a separate post in and of
itself. If you disagree with the content of someone else's post as
incorrect or inappropriate and you have *facts* to support it, or
wish to discuss it further on the group and can do so without
defaming the original poster's character, feel free to respond.
Please use the rules of logic and common sense as well as common
courtesy. Remember words have more than one meaning and they are apt
to be misinterpreted. If you see a person posting a blatant flame,
personal attack, or an inappropriate business advertisement to all
groups, DO NOT RESPOND TO THE POST ON THE GROUP. Gently remind the
poster (via e-mail) that such posts are not permitted and to please
discontinue the practice. By responding to these things by e-mail
instead of on the group, we are able to allow the post to die in a
relatively short time and for the person to get the hint that no one
is interested in such trash.

Feel free to create your own character for our community or to join
others in a saga. Your creativity and wit are your only limits (or
not, as the case may be).

achievement award recently at Filmfare Awards.... If you want to send

Hello Sajjad,

Welcome to the group... I believe the song you are referring is "Mein
Thak gaya hoon.. mujhe sone do... Bahut raat huee". The cassette of
Musafir was released on CBS with another film called "Tum Laut
Aao"... The cassette is out of stock and not available... I Was
fortunate to get the Video cassette of the film instead... The film
never got released... The casting include Naseeruddin Shah, Rekha,
Pankaj Kapoor and Munmun Sen. The song you are talking about was
picturised on Naseer... The film has some other good numbers by
Gulzar saheb including a Ghazal "Aapse itni guzarish hai... Aaiye
bheeg lein ki baarish hai"... The music director was none other than
Pancham [RD Burman]

I will try to post the lyrics in coming time...

thanks pavan. i was too lazy to copy the lyrics from the cd and just did one
random search on the net.

I would suggest keep the groups on yahoo rather than moving to delphi forum.
Anyway its your wish in the end.

I need to get hold of gulzar's new book 'triveni'. I guess the publishers are
Rupam and Company ... and they ship it overseas. Does any one have any other
sources/resources to grab the book.
