The new global website launched Mother's Day, May 10th 2009.

This Yahoo group is mostly for our local group in Half Moon Bay, California and the surrounding coastside. If you are not in our area, you might want to check our website to see if there are other GreenMoms groups already established near you. You can join a group or start your own group on the website.

We are many shades of green; from those just learning about it, to those who are deep into it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to be 100% green. Join us to become inspired and learn how you can make a difference in preserving the planet for our children. Also, know that you are not the only one out there trying to do it alone.

We are a support group that shares ideas and resources to help and inspire each other. We are always evolving and trying to stay in tune with the member's interests.

We use the new website (GreenMoms.com) for our Resource files, posting events, communicating with other groups around the world via blogs and discussions. This yahoo site is mostly for organization of local events/meetings/activities and private discussion.
