Welcome to Greene County Virginia Area Homeschoolers! GCVAH for short! This group is for support, advocacy, information and coordination of activities for Greene County Virginia and the surrounding area's Homeschoolers and those considering homeschool. This group is a Christian group, but invites all faiths (or no faith) to participate.

To join this group please contact Venita at nitaraye@earthlink.net and she will email you the membership form and our group policies. Membership is $20.00 per school year. The picture that you see is of our end of the year picnic and water ballon fight! Here a few of the kids are throwing water balloons in a contest.

We have monthly meetings on the first monday of every other month starting in August and ending in April at 6:30pm. Email Venita for the location. There are also monthly homeschool skating days, park days, field trips and lots of support.
