GPS tracking from Spot [and similar] live tracking devices for soaring safety and competition.

This is intended to be a repository for Pilot messages and a central resource to check to see if a pilot is reporting in as OK or in need of help/retrieve.

After joining, add this groups' email address gpstrack@yahoogroups.com to your spot messenger emails for "OK" and "Help".

One good idea is to have all messages sent to an additional/secondary email address where you do not mind getting lots of messages if this idea grows.
An email address that can be checked on a blackberry/cellphone is ideal. Yahoo email is good for this.
