Paul, I have made it thru Monday and will be able to take off Thursday & Friday. I will be attending the Garmin Tour and the Conference. I will make my own

Most likely they coordinate with Topeka tower or approach control prior to release - that's what the Omaha upper-air station had to do when it was located near

The Weather Bureau is located at Billard Airport and they send up their weather balloons from there every day. I wouldn't think a few more balloons would pose
