The original company did not notify me in writing of any changes with the buyout. Also, There is not exclusivity clause or cancellation clause. There is only 1

I am buying a resturaunt and I signed a "RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE loan origination agreement" shouldn't it state COMMERCIAL?? The company that I signed this
