Re: [gmsk_dv_node] Re: Yaesu Mobiles with Satoshis boards

Greg,

The bad news for IC-F121S is the TX side not working good, is always garbled audio, i put directly to modulator and nothing.....Only RX working good...
I think is the PLL is not design for data...

The Dual band radio FT-7800, FT-8800, ID-800 etc... and all with 9k6 data packet port, the PLL and VCO is design for High speed data...

But i see Harry speak about a Standard C-5608 working with Satoshi board and this radio is not basic design for 9k6 packet data...

Harry can speak about this mods ? How put the TX audio for good encode sheme....

Eric,

Is the f-121s working 100% in vhf mode transmit and receive? You said
several messages earlier that the F-121s worked fine on receive but was always R2-D2
on transmit. I have an F-121s coming to use with one of my boards.

Eric, Am not clear if you are talking about the DV adapter board or the GMSK Node adapter, but if the latter you may be going about it in the wrong way. VR1 to...
