CALLING ALL L.D.S. GUYS GIRLS in
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA -
This is a SOCIAL group of younger guys gals who are, or have been, LDS and want to get together, socialize and have fun in a positive atmosphere. Some come just to have fun, while others are really looking for a few friends, some support other people who can understand them. Others are even looking for people to date. We just get together regularly to have fun relax. The atmosphere is clean: no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs.
As far as age range goes, we invite anyone to join who's 30 years old or under, but we won't cut it off at 18 -- anyone who would like to join who's under 18 is cool too. We're here to be a resource for anyone 30ish and under.
We started as a Yahoo! group and hope to be as successful as the GLYA in Salt Lake City! A few other points (borrowed from the GLYA site):

"No matter where you are at in life's spectrum, you are welcome to join us! The best way to find out is to come hang out with us. We are really just a bunch of cute, fun, normal guys girls that are just getting together to hang out. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you won't offend anyone if you decide to leave. We do our best to make everyone on all levels feel welcome and safe."
-Is this an anti-LDS group? Is this a group that is going to try to get me to change my orientation?
"The answer to both questions is no. We don't promote any particular group, organization, philosophy or political agenda. We just have the LDS background as a common thread. So, no matter what your goals in life are, you are VERY welcome to come hang out with us. This is just a hangout group for gay LDS guys and girls."
