We are a group of Glide congregants interested in creating a safe and supportive environment for meditation, spiritual development and/or silent contemplation; without either dogmatic or philosophical pressures.

We meet every Monday in the sanctuary of Glide Memorial Church from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Please come at 6:15pm if you have not meditated before, and would like some basic instruction. Feel free to make any inquires you may have via email prior to your first meeting.

May the merits of our practice benefit all sentient beings.
