I have received from the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) notice that Staccato Enterprises, Inc. doing business as RedRocks has applied for a License for the sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages (license class: Retailer's "C" Resturant).
The Nature of RedRockss operation is to be a new, family resturant and bar specializing in brick oven.wood-fired pizza. Background recorded music, no dancing. Summer garden with 25 seats.
The Location of RedRocks is 1036 Parkroad, NW. This is at the Southeast corner of 11th and Parkroad, NW
The hours of operation: Sunday through Thursday 11:00 AM-1:30 AM, Friday and Saturday 11:00AM-2:30 AM
The hours for the sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages:Sunday through Thursday 11:00 AM-1:30 AM, Friday and Saturday 11:00AM-2:30 AM
The hours for the sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages for the summer garden: Sunday through Thursday 11:00 AM-1:30 AM, Friday and Saturday 11:00AM-2:30 AM
I have contacted the ower Mr. James O'Brien to invite him to the July 12, ANC meeting to introduce his Resturant. Those interested parties who wish to be heard before the ANC on this matter are invited to attend to represent your interest.

Location for the hearing and time: ABRA, 941 North Capital Street, NE, 7th Floor, suite 7200, Washington DC 2002 at 10:00 AM.
Location for the ANC July 12, 2006 meeting will at our regular location: Harriet Tubman School, 13th Street and Kenyons Street, NW at 7:00 PM.
Those persons wishing to be heard or wishing to appear before the board must file their petition or request for hearing on or before the petition Date (July 31, 2006).
