A multilingual user's group for advocates of Daniel de Rauglaudre's GeneWeb genealogy server software.
You may post in any language, however, if you are multilingual please write in at least two languages in each posting. We have English speakers who don't speak French, French speakers who don't speak English, and also speakers of German, Polish, and other languages may post from time to time. If someone posts in only one language, and you can help translate into English and French, then please do so to help out.
GeneWeb is a genealogy software with a Web interface. It can be used off-line or as a Web service. It uses very efficient techniques of relationship and consanguinity computing, developed in collaboration with Didier Rémy, research Director at INRIA.
GeneWeb, is free software distributed under the GNU license, and is available for Unix, Windows and Mac (OS X).
