Biodata: ARISEL BA
Arisel Ba atau nama sebenarnya Subari bin Ahmad dilahir pada 11 Ogos 1953 di
Ladang Selborne, Kuala Lipis. Mula menulis tahun 1976 dimana puisinya Gua
Bama tersiar di majalah Dewan Sastera, April 1977. Selain puisi, Arisel
menulis cerpen, drama pentas, berita dan rencana. Karya Arisel telah terbit
di akhbar, majalah dan antologi puisi/cerpen bersama Arisel Ba pernah
menjadi Setiausaha Agung DPMP selama 10 tahun (1983 - 1993) dan Setiausaha
Hari Sastera 1987. Kini Arisel menjadi ahli PENA disamping sebagai Wartawan
Bebas. Kerjaya beliau adalah sebagai Ketua Penyelia Kanan KEMAS Pahang.
Arisel Ba telah dianugerahkan Pingat Jaksa Kebaktian (PJK) pada 24 Oktober
1997 atas jasanya terhadap bahasa, sastera dan budaya Melayu di Pahang.
