What do I tell my children? When should I come out to them? If I am married to their mother, is it necessary to separate? How do I explain my boyfriend to my family? Am I gay, bisexual? Can I be a father and still live with my lover / husband?

This Yahoo group is run by Gay Fathers of Toronto established in 1978 to help men with children come to terms with being gay / bisexual.

GFT peer support meetings are the 2nd and 4th Thursdays each month and are open to gay, bi, or trans fathers and step-fathers. Discussion at those meetings are on topics such as homophobia, guilt, internalized homophobia, self-respect, reconfigured families, dating and boyfriends, family traditions and important dates, coming out to wives and children, and more... anything that affect the lives of fathers and their families.

This is not a dating or match-making group. Soliciting in any form will not be tolerated.
