GBNA is an email list intended to facilitate communication among GLBT birders in North America. While topics need not strictly adhere to birds, members should try to keep with the spirit of the list. Straight friends of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community are also welcome.

RULES:

1. End all postings with your full name, state/province, town/city/village, and country (if appropriate). Noms de plume are not acceptable.

2. Any advertisements must first be OKed by the listowner. Infraction of this rule may result in disciplinary action, such as the offfending member having his/her posts monitored before being posted.

3. Vicious personal attacks (flames) will not be tolerated and will be punished by immediate expulsion from the listserv.

"How do I change my email address?"

At the top of this page, click on "Edit Membership" just above the words "Gay Birders of North America". Scroll down to "Email Address" and click on "Add new email address." After you add your new address, you will need to check your email at that address for a message from "Yahoo! Member Services". Follow the directions in that email. Then return to the "Email Address" section of the "Edit Membership" page. Choose the email address to which you would now like GBNA messages sent.

"I'm going on vacation. How do I temporarily stop getting messages?"

At the top of this page, click on "Edit Membership" just above the words "Gay Birders of North America". Scroll down to the "Message Delivery section and choose "No email". When you return, change your email setting back to what you prefer. Even when on "No email" you can still post and read others' posts here on the webpage.
