Thank you for your interest in the Greater Arizona Preparedness Project, or GAPP for short. The purpose of our organization is three-fold:
1) We will educate the public concerning the need for individual, corporate, & community preparedness;
2) We are developing a sustainable / thrivable community that can be duplicated by other organizations at a reasonable cost and effort;
3) We will plug into several nat’l orgs which are creating a comms network for like communities nationwide.

This community is open to all who share our vision. This is NOT a religious community. This is NOT a racist community. This IS a family-oriented community. We will follow all the laws of the land.

We intend this community to be affordable. All community residents will own proportional shares in Mesa Butte Ranch, & will proportionally share in their fruits.

We currently have approximately 14 acres in 2 parcels in N AZ. We will construct a survivable, sustainable, & profitable farming and ranching community of approx 100-150 families to conduct this experiment. The community will live off-grid, & live well. We will create electricity, we have water, and we will not only have our own food, but the goal is to produce a marketable surplus.

The community will be a co-housing project, w/ individual dwelling units using a central kitchen & dining room, shared recreational facilities & activities, etc. There will be various buildings constructed to support the farming and ranching activities of the community. The property already has an 8,800 sq ft underground NBC hardened nuclear bunker in complete working order.
