Entergy - Palisades
At the Palisades plant in Michigan, Entergy looted the Decommissioning fund of $300 million when they purchased from Consumers Power / CMS back in 2006-7.
Promises to the NRC/ ACRS (during re-lice) to repair that plant have been deferred and ignored. Sumps, Vessel Head replacement, Cables. The NRC is aiding and abetting in what amounts to planning criminal negligence.
Entergy is an LLC. They are running these plants into the ground and when there is an accident, they will dissolve in a bankruptcy.
