I have about 900 yards of Alafoss of Iceland Mohair wool ( 90% wool and 10% Mohair ) and since living in Mexico, I could never wear a garment made from this...
The 10% mohair will give the felted item a halo. So the answer is Yes it will be fuzzy. And you can shave it using a disposible razor.... I buy cheap ones...
