The mission of our organization is to serve the safety, training, support, information and advocacy needs of Pennsylvania women engaged in firefighting, EMS and allied professions. Our sisters from other states and countries are welcome.

This is a place to meet, chat, discuss issues, plan activities, post photos and celebrate the sisterhood of the fire service.

A few simple rules to keep the group fun:
1. It's fine to get a little rowdy at times, but overt bashing, dissing, or obscenity in any form will not be tolerated by the moderators.

2. When we disagree, we disagree agreeably!

3. In the spirit of sisterhood, we will respect each other's uniqueness.

4. Men supportive of gender equality in the fire service are welcome.
