This group is for members of the American Foreign Service community who also happen to be parents of gifted children. "Gifted" is defined as a child who has been designated as such by a school, who has tested well above the normal range academically, or who otherwise regularly demonstrates gifted behavior in academic settings. We will share information about gifted programs in the U.S. and abroad, discuss accomodation of gifted children in overseas schools, and generally provide advice and support to each other. Membership is restricted, and the group's messages are viewable only by group members.
